s t e p 2 - allow to tingle and plum your lips, if the plumping is a bit intense for you, just rinse your lips under cold water or dab it with a cold wet cloth (the tingling will go after 5-8 minutes)

s t e p 3 - wipe off the residue (or keep it) and add any lipgloss over your lips!!
